Movie Review:
However, Darling GV Prakash Kumar, the protagonist of Bachelor, is the kind of guy who doesn’t care what others think of him. He is an aimless youngster from Coimbatore, operating in an IT company in Bangalore, visiting with his friends, who also hail from his citizen. He is in that stage in which he is enjoying the freedom of living by himself, free from the limitations that living with one’s family brings. Like the roosters in the mansion which he shares with his friends, he struts about with hardly a care. The only two things on his mind appear to be getting a bottle to drink and catching a girl to snog.
When he assembles Subbu (Divyabharathi), a friend of a friend who is operating in his office and appears to be unmarried, all he notices is a coming girlfriend. He worms his way into transferring her flat and starts hunting her. She appears wise to his ways, but one thing leads to another, and soon, they are in a live-in relationship. Their raging hormones confirm that everything feels hunky-dory this is not a romantic film until Subbu becomes pregnant. She enjoys keeping the baby, and he, apparently, doesn’t! He, in reality, is insistent that she aborts the baby. Where does this cold splash of fact take them successive?
