Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is an American horror comedy movie directed by Ari Sandel, written by Rob Lieber & a story from Lieber and Darren Lemke. This movie is a sequel to 2015’s Goosebumps & is based on the children’s horror book series, “Goosebumps” by R. L. Stine.
Halloween Storyline
The story is about how one day a famous horror book turns into a real-life story. Later in this movie, they feature two best friends, Sony, and Sam passing through an old junk with a Book called “Haunted Halloween” and meets Slappy a talking dummy from the book.
The movie takes the turn when Slappy kidnaps Sony’s Mother to bring back his Ghoulish friends to life. This happens during Halloween & later we see Sony taking help from his sister to save his mother.

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is a combination of horror-comedy & an adventure genre.This movie is based on R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps book series “Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween”.This movie is definitely a worth watching movie with creepy creatures & magic powers & is much better than the previous series.
Comparing to other horror movies which came to this year, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween bring a change in the horror movie genre by combining horror, comedy & adventure in one. We see witches, ghosts, monsters, a giant spider, and many such creatures attacking the town. The VFX used in this movie makes it look real & execute every action in detail.
This movie is U/A certified movie, which means you can enjoy watching this with your family. I personally liked the story flow of the movie, where we see how a normal leaving people suddenly fight against the creature & ghost from another world.
