Radhe Shyam is a 2022 Indian-era romantic drama film written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar. Produced jointly by UV Creations and T-Series, the film was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi. It stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde. Set in Europe in the 1970s, the film tells the story of Vikramaditya, a palmist in conflict with his love of destiny and inspiration. The film music has composed by S. Thaman. Mithun, Amal Mallik, and Manan Bhardwaj composed the Hindi songs while Justin Prabhakaran composed the Telugu songs. Movie Story:
The story of the film goes on with the whole 1976 backdrop. Vikramaditya (Prabhas) was a famous palmist. Many celebrities around the world want to know their future by meeting Vikramaditya at least once. The Prime Minister of India also wants Vikramaditya to know together what will happen in the future. But one day Vikramaditya seems to leave India. Many doctors say that Pooja Hegde will not live long due to her illness but Vikramaditya says that she will live a long time. ‘Radhe Shyam’ starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde has one of the most eagerly awaited films of this year. The film was released on March 11th, 2022 in theatres. Radhe Shyam has been leaked online on various piracy-based infamous websites like Movierulz, Filmyzilla, Filmywrap, ibomma, Tamilrockres, and other many sites. But these are very harmful to use. Movie Review:
Although Prabhas ‘excellent acting has a big plus point for the film, fans are a bit suspicious that Prabhas will be starring in a love story after the Bahubali Saho films, but the elevations of Prabhas’ character in the film will definitely be enjoy by the fans. Pooja Hegde excelled in the role of inspiration and acted very well. Pooja Hegde’s chemistry with Prabhas worked out very well for this film. Satya Raj’s performance is also a big plus point for this film. Sachin Khedekhar and Murali Sharma also did very well in their roles. Priyadarshi performed well in his role, though the screen time was a bit short.
Though the story of the film is good, director Radhakrishna disappoints the audience in terms of narration. For the most part, the first half is just enough to introduce the characters. Radhakrishna becomes even slower in the second half. With the lack of soul in the stories, the audience also loses so much connection to the film. But the story aside, the artwork is the biggest plus point of this film. The set designs and locations are awesome. The construction values provided by UV Creations are excellent. The visuals provided by Manoj Paramahamsa are the lifeblood of the film. Thaman’s background music was also a great workout for the film. Editing feels okay.
Although the film starts well, the audience has a little disappoint that the flow has not maintained till the end. Although the visual effects of the actors are all very good, the audience has not so connected to the story due to the lack of novelty in the story. The first half makes the eyes feast, as a whole very artistic. But the second half is very sloppy. Vikramaditya’s character has shown to be very trendy. Some of the comedy scenes in Fastoff are also good. Although the name is a love story, the film feels very dull due to the lack of magic in the story. Overall, there are no big things in the film except the excellent performance, visual effects, and good music of the cast.
