Raj (Salman Khan) is an orphan who has big dreams of becoming a successful singer. To fulfill his dreams, he comes all the way from Goa to Mumbai and then he realizes that the profession he is seeking has a dead end. Pooja (Rani Mukherjee) and Janavi (Preity Zinta) are two best friends who hang out together all the time, wear the same kinds of clothes and has their own style. It’s like, one friend is always there when the other is in need.

Suddenly, she gets into a coma because of such a sudden accident. Pooja belongs to a very rich and loving family and they think of Raj as Pooja’s husband. Soon the confusion rises even more as Raj gets infatuated with Janvi who is Pooja’s best friend.

Then the next situation gets really hilarious when Raj has to decide with whom he is going to spend the rest of his life. Raj gets all confused that who he’s going to marry because by that time Pooja also cures of coma. When Janvi gets to know that Pooja also started to like Raj, she tries to break-up with him. Who do you think Raj is going to marry and what’s going to happen with the other girl?

Finally, Raj decides to marry Janvi so what’s the surprise package in the movie? There you see Shah Rukh Khan (special appearance) made for Pooja (Rani Mukherjee). A happy ending for Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega (whoever falls in love) !!!

In Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Salman played a special appearance for Shah Rukh. In Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega, Shah Rukh returns the favor.

Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega is the Salman Khan’s victory and he is the main focus of the story. He performed really well and once again proved that he is here to stay. From several years, the media has criticized and attacked him for no big reason. He’s such a good actor and that’s what he ought to prove with Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega.

Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega has a beautiful script with good performances by Salman Khan, Rani Mukherjee, and Preity Zinta. Rani and Preity as friends are really good and stunning in the movie. The song locations are new and the music by Anu Malik is also very good. Lyrics of the  Bollywood songs by Sameer are mind-blowing.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Mission Kashmir is meticulously designed and shot, but also loses steam after the strong opening sequences. In a raid to nab a terrorist, cop Inayat Khan (Sanjay Dutt) accidentally shoots an innocent family. On the behest of his wife Neelima (Sonali Kulkarni), he brings the surviving child Altaf home. They have just lost their little son – a harrowing sequence – and give the traumatized Altaf a lot of love.

However, when Altaf discovers Khan is the man who killed his family, he runs away. Ten years later he returns as a terrorist (Hrithik Roshan) in the group of Afghan mercenary Hilal (Jackie Shroff), still hoping to kill Khan. Strangely a decade later, Khan is still in the same house in the same city with the same deputies!

Altaf’s childhood sweetheart Sufiya (Preity Zinta) is also around as a TV anchor, show producer, dancer rolled into one. The film then takes a very tedious and predictable course, with several implausible sequences – like the one in which Hilal leads Khan to a sensitive spot when there was absolutely no reason to. Also, Altaf’s all-consuming hate is wiped out with a two-minute lecture by Khan!

Chopra couldn’t resist the temptation of pretty, candy-floss vistas, so one hardly gets a sense of Kashmir as being a state under siege. How come a wanted terrorist gets around so easily, and how can he always reach the IG Police at all times without anyone thinking of tracing the calls to a house in the centre of town? Who are the three men in shadows planning the secret mission in Kashmir? Too many unanswered questions, too many pat assumptions.

Again the performers like Sanjay Dutt and Hrithik Roshan come to the rescue – they make the film worth watching. Jackie Shroff is given a menacing get-up, but both he and Sonali Kulkarni are miscast. Violence aches and love hurts – it’s a Hobson’s Choice situation, really!
