The movie is a 1979 periodical movie. Director Vishwak Khanderao made an entertaining attempt to show the effects of Skylab on the lives of Gauri, Anand, and Rama Rao in Banda Lingapally, Karimnagar district at that time. The director’s effort in choosing such a brand new subject for the first time is to be approved. However, it must be said that it failed to show on the screen that there was an intended point. Next to the big picture, Rajinikanth‘s image is screen with routine stories and articles to suit the craze. When it comes to the first part .. Meena and Khushboo appear in the scenes of extra artists, not just their nominal ones, due to their incapability to design characters strongly. The delicate romance with Nayantara, the love track look fun. The fight scene with Prakash Raj is very emotional. That emotional scene seems to be the highlight of the first part. The impression, however, is that the exercise did not take place in the sense in which strong emotions are likely to be express in the story. The lack of a big thrill about the twist of the younger sister running away from home before the wedding goes even further flattering. Kolkata Pub Fight is once again reminiscent of Rajini Mark. Looks like First off tried to end the load with a simple interval bang with a short buildup shot.
In the second half, the audience’s patience is tries by stretching the sister’s sentiment without expecting the story too much. Pucca routine scenes and sister sentimental episodes are notice in many movies. The story has to be hurt further with the entry of Jagapathi Babu characters in the role of Abhimanyu as the villain and his brother in order to think that the movie will end. So routine fights, ending with the screenplay seems to get the movie a good luck card. What a novelty, those who want to see the latest Rajini will be left with a serious disappointment.
